The Work Package “Overview of Determinants, interventions and micro-level policies” is dedicated to conduct two Systematic Reviews:

1. A systematic review on the main determinants of job retention in health care workers (physicians and nurses);
2. A systematic review on the existing interventions (good practices) from literature aimed at promoting job retention of health care workers.

Furthermore, this Work Package will identify and summarise micro-level retention policies from the eight collaborating hospitals in Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland and Italy.

The information collected in this Work Package will provide the evidence-based input to realise Work Package 5, 6 and 7.
