The Work Package “Evaluation” aims to monitor and assess the project’s activities.

More specifically this Work Package focuses on the following two activities:

1. Internal quality evaluation of the overall and specific objectives of the project;
2. External evaluation of the utility and translational aspects of projects deliverables, which  will be done in interaction with stakeholders in the Scientific Board and Advisory Board.

In addition a Quality Assurance Plan and Risk Management Plan will be developed to monitor the results against the initial work plan and scientific criteria.
