Walter Mazzucco

Walter Mazzucco (MD, PhD, MSc) Associate Professor of General and Applied Hygiene at the University of Palermo.
Voluntary Assistant Professor at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (OH, USA).
MSc in Epidemiology and a PhD in Economy and Healthcare Management.
He serves as medical executive and epidemiologist at the Palermo University Hospital, both in the regional reference Laboratory for the SARS-CoV-2 surveillance and in the Palermo Province Cancer Registry.
He is member of the Technical Scientific Committee of the Italian National Health Institute. He is appointed delegate of Ministry of Health at the Italian national Committee for continuous medical education.
