The Work Package “Coordination of the project” aims to ensure that METEOR’s objectives are met with high quality, on schedule and within the budget.

This Work Package monitors the project’s progress towards the objectives and ensures smooth and successful execution of the project, including all Work Packages, tasks and deliverables.

The coordination of the project also encompasses efficient financial and administrative management of the project, securing quality reviews and timely delivery of all results.

Another part of this Work Package includes developing a data management plan, organising regular meetings between consortium partners, setting up the advisory board and the scientific board, and reporting progress to the European Commission.
