The Work Package “Data collection and analysis on main determinants of Job Retention among health care workers” encompasses three main activities:

1. Survey design: based on validated questionnaires, METEOR will design an online survey to collect data on burnout, mental health, job satisfaction and intention to leave.
2. Survey distribution: in February 2022 the survey will be submitted to a large sample of healthcare workers in the eight participating hospitals.
3. Statistical analysis & reporting: METEOR project will analyse and report the results of the online survey.

The overall aim of this Work Package is to identify and investigate the main determinants of burnout, mental health, job satisfaction and turnover intentions in the eight participating hospitals.
