The Work package  aim to deliver an integrated, easily accessible and searchable online toolbox, which will focus on the job retention of healthcare workforce (Technical Work Package 4). The creation, evaluation and implementation of this toolbox will involve strong participation of key stakeholders of the four different European countries, reflecting the heterogeneity of experiences and policy responses to the retention problem. This will ensure the relevance of our findings and policy proposals at micro-level. The toolbox will contain tools for different groups of stakeholders, tools focussing on micro-level policies, tools to improve job satisfaction of physicians and nurses and tools to increase their well-being.
